IMPORTANT INFORMATION: September 22, 2021   The CMC North board was informed last week that we can no longer use one of our venues due to Covid issues. We have secured additional meeting space on the Asilomar Conference Grounds and are converting the conference to a hybrid format. 

This hybrid format will be the usual in person conference at Asilomar on December 3 - 5 and virtual sessions via zoom on other Saturday mornings (exact dates to be finalized). Full conference registration prices are staying the same and will include access to the virtual sessions. There will be a virtual session only option with a reduced rate. Most, if not all, of the virtual sessions will be recorded and available for viewing until June 1, 2022.

Due to the reduced number of meeting rooms and the capacity of the meeting rooms available, we are limiting registrations to 600 people. There will be no onsite registration once that limit is reached. 

 

READ THIS -  CMC Members: you will need to log in using your membership information to get the appropriate rates. If you are registering a group or for someone else, each registrant needs to be registered individually using their member information and not the person registering the group. Each registration comes with a complimentary 1-year membership to CMC which is tied to the registration form. 

The last day to cancel is November 4, 2021. You must do this in writing to [email protected] is a $75 cancellation fee.

Online Registration is open.  If you are the main speaker for a session, you will receive a discount code with your acceptance.

Admit/Badge sheets will be sent by US Mail on November 10, 2021. If you register online after November 10, 2021 and have paid in full, plan on picking up your admit/badge sheet at Will Call in Surf & Sand on the Asilomar Conference Grounds.

Pursuant to CA state requirements, all CMC conference attendees need to provide proof of vaccination or 72-hour negative Covid test in order to receive their conference materials. You may upload your proof of vaccination or Covid test result or bring it to the registration area. The upload must included your first and last name in the same picture as your proof. Proof of vaccination can be uploaded by using this link: https://camc.memberclicks.net/proof-of-vaccination or emailed to Gretchen Muller, CMC Executive Secretary, at [email protected]Once the proof of vaccination or the negative covid test is approved, the documents will be deleted.

CMC State Policy is that masks are required to be worn indoors at all CMC conferences.
