Free workshop for educators

Math CSET Preparation Strategies and Resources Workshops 

10 a.m.-11 a.m. 

The multiple-subject CSET workshop will review preparation resources and strategies for the math portion of the multiple-subject CSET subtest II. 

The single-subject CSET workshop will focus on strategies and resources to prepare for the single-subject math CSET subtests I and II. 

Culturally-Responsive Mathematical Problem-Solving 

11 a.m.-Noon 

Urban math teachers and prospective teachers: 

Give under-performing students in math the tools and the space to develop their own mathematical problem-solving identity. By the end of the hour, you should be able to design math lessons that support students’ development as mathematical problem-solvers.
